Information we collect

When you fill out a form on our website, book a call, buy a plan or talk with us, we may collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, city, state, and details about your business, such as your trade, how you get customers today and your approximate revenue. When you buy a plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment information. We do not store full card numbers.

When you visit our website, we and our advertising partners automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and how you got to our site, using cookies and similar tools described below.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to you, send you the information you asked for, provide and improve our services, process payments, send account and billing messages, and, where you have agreed, send you marketing messages about our services.

Text messages and phone calls

If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may send you text messages and make calls about our services, your account, appointments and offers. Some calls and texts may use automated technology, and some calls may use AI-generated or prerecorded voices, but only as described in the consent you gave us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP or "no." You will get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more texts after that. Reply HELP for help, or email support@averasystems.io. To stop calls, tell the caller or email us.

Calls with us may be recorded. We'll tell you at the start of any recorded call.

We do not sell or share your mobile number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of information sharing in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our CRM and messaging platform, our payment processor, email providers and analytics providers, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also share information if required by law, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

Cookies, the Meta pixel and the Google tag

Our website uses cookies, the Meta (Facebook) pixel and the Google tag to understand how visitors use our site and to show our ads to people who have visited it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can control the ads you see through your Facebook and Google ad settings, and opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info.

We use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies to measure visits to our site and the performance of our ads. You can opt out of Meta ad tracking at Meta's ad settings and opt out of Google Analytics and ads at Google's opt-out page.

How long we keep information

We keep your information while we are working with you or for as long as it's needed for the purposes above, and as required for legal, tax and accounting reasons.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@averasystems.io. We'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
