Who we are

Avera Systems builds websites and marketing systems for contractors and home service businesses. We are a small, focused team that ships fast and keeps things simple. We believe a contractor should be able to run their whole marketing system from their phone while they are on the job.

Why we only work with contractors

We started Avera because contractors kept getting sold the same expensive, complicated marketing packages that were built for everyone and no one. Generic agencies do not know how a roofer gets a job or why a missed call matters. We do. When you only work with one type of customer, you can build something that actually fits the way they work.

Every system we build starts with the same question: how does this trade actually win a job? Then we work backwards from that. A plumber needs missed calls answered. A landscaper needs reviews from happy spring customers. An HVAC company needs follow up that works during the first heat wave. The system is different for each trade because the work is.

What we believe

We believe you should own your leads. Paying for shared leads that ten other contractors are also calling is a race to the bottom. Your website, your Google Business Profile, and your reviews should be assets that keep paying off, not a monthly bill that disappears the day you stop paying.

We believe in fast follow up. The first contractor to reply usually gets the job, so every lead gets an instant text, every missed call gets a text back, and nothing waits until you get back to the truck. You should not lose a job because you were on a roof.

We believe in real reviews. Reviews from happy customers are the best marketing you have, and they should not require chasing anyone. Review Booster asks for them at the right moment, sends a reminder, and routes unhappy customers to you before they post. The result is more reviews and fewer surprises.

How we work

We start with a short call to see the system running on a real account. If it is a fit, you fill out one onboarding form and we build everything within 14 days. We set up your website, your phone number, your follow up, and your review requests. Then we hand you the keys and show you the few buttons you will actually use.
